Wilted Salad

Here is a very wonderful salad that we have been making, it is super easy and so tasty.

What you need:
4 minced garlic cloves
1/2 to 1 cup of vinegar (red wine, apple cider, or balsamic, We have used all three, but balsamic was used on this salad)
spinach or specialty salad mix (we normally use spinach but had the salad mix on hand)
mushrooms
Salt and pepper to taste

all you have to do it slice the mushrooms, and put them in a bowl with the garlic, salt, pepper and vinigar and let them sit for about an hour to soak up the flavors.  Then pour the mixture over the salad, take a spoon and kind of pound and stir the mixture.  The pounding is to kind of break down the salad and get the flavors mixed into it.  Let this mixture sit for another hour or so and eat.  You can eat right away but the salad will not be as flavorful.  As a note if it sits in the fridge over night it gets really wilted and looks kind of like cooked spinach but the flavor is amazing the salad just does not look as nice.

Here are some pictures of the Salad I made yesterday
